This has been a rough week
So far this week I have been so dragged down. I am super tired and I just feel yucky. I honestly can not wait to get my package in the mail. I know that many people will be skeptical and wonder why I am doing a "diet plan" that may seem like a "Fad diet" first of all I believe this will work out. The products are full of nutrients and proteins. At this point I am just ready to get healthy, and if this is something that will give me a boost and the courage to get healthy then so be it!

I would personally like to say that I am excited to get into being healthy. I have an amazing supervisor and a personal plan to lose weight and look great. My mentor, Tim, is confident in me and my willingness to work hard and learn. He believes that even though I am 18 years old, I could be making choices to being health and be able to use what I have learned to help a lot of people in my lifetime. How did I get to this point in my decision to join Isagenix? Where am I at now? I figure I would do you much good to show the steps that I took in coming to my decision.
As far as my health goes I am 5foot 2inches and 180lbs, even though it doesn't really show that I have that much extra on me, I can still feel the effects. I have struggled to manage my weight and because I do not have a lot of money, I can't afford to do Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, or the meal plans. I also can't see about doing the pills like the Garcinia Cambodia, Rasberry Ketones and the other "lose weight" pills. Also the protein powders and shakes that are low calorie, but are laking in nutrients like ViSalus temporarily work, but in the long run people will gain the weight back and go back to being unhealthy. I have personally tried Rasberry Ketones and although it may work for a very short time it does not stay beneficial.
Today I am with a group aiming to help as many people as possible. The team I am on is in the mind set of helping other people. My mentor is helping all of us on his team before himself in training and in making money. This is a huge difference than any of the other network markets. The leadership here is so amazing and so inspiring. The next thing I like about this is that this is a solid company, like being around for 11 years and in many different countries and expanding further than before. Also anyone can do Isagenix as a business with some work. It is so easy to get the products paid for and then to make a business out of it and be able to have time for family and friends. No longer would you have to worry about health visits due to excess weight. You can keep up with kids and you can feel better than you did in high school!
What steps am I taking to lose weight? I am talking with health professionals through my twitter account (@GinaWrayAllDay) and coming up with ideas to reach out to help people. I am learning daily on how to get healthy, watching videos, looking for advice from Isagenix professionals that have tried it all until they found Isagenix, and found new ways to reach out to new people. As I have mentioned before, I would rather have and to help a million friends than to have a million dollars. I very much would like to connect with many other people and advise them in their pursuits and help them to be successful. Hope you all have a great day!

Daily Dose of Health: Sweets
Personally I would love to have a body like this lady does, but I know it will take some work. With that aside, I would like to look more at what is being said than what she looks like. Sweets have a lot of calories and a lot of sugar included. At first, when you try to get off of sweets your body will have side effects for a short time. After that period of time, your body won't crave those sweets anymore.

A New Viewpoint!
Welcome back! I am working on a new series of questions that people want answered I will feature a person's question and respond in an article after a bit of research. I liked some of the previous topics I received over Heart Attacks and Diabetes, so keep them coming!
From Yesterday to Today, From Today to Tomorrow
I have had quite a few people ask about me and I am wanting to share with you about me and my successes and failures. I want to let people know that I am ready to help other people. I will be posting about me on there and in no way trying to brag about any of my accomplishments. I am using this to aid you in your journey. Hopefully you will take along side me and then go further than I will go. This is my wish for you.

Daily Dose of Health: To all those diet soda fans
Hello, my name is Gina (Hi Gina), and I am addicted to Diet soda. I will personally admit that I am addicted to diet soda and the caffeine that is included. I also know that this is bad for my health, but didn't really look into it until now. I am now going to work on getting rid of this drink in my daily consumption. I may try to do carbonated waters first to get the carbonation that I like, but then I am going to wean myself to just water, tea and the occasional juice.
