Daily Dose of Health: Starting in the Kitchen

I can't seem to work out enough to get rid of this pesky fat. I am always hungry, but I can't eat because I want to lose this weight. WRONG! True health and fitness starts in the kitchen. Health is determined mostly by what you eat. Eating wholesome foods with a good amount of nutrients will  benefit you in more ways that you know.
